Traci had a friend that was a dancer at a topless bar, so she thought she would give it a try. But she didn't start dancing right off the back, she was too shy to take her top off in front of strangers. After waitressing for a day, she soon got over her shyness and started dancing. She then went to work at a club called "The Body Shoppe" where she met Topsy Curvey. Topsy told her she had a baby face and big boobs (36DD at the time) and suggested she call her agent. The agent told Traci she needed to make her boobs larger, and she did just that. Once her boobs were done Traci Topps was born. Her first job was at the House of Lancaster in Toronto. In November 1989 she was approached by John Graham who was in town shooting some girls. At first she denied him, but after speaking to her agent and a few conversations with Graham, she agreed to do it. Her first layout appeared in March '90 issue of Gentelmans magazine.
