Profession: Supermodel
One of the highlights of her successful career was the insight into fashion she gained from designer Azzedine Alaia, with whom she landed her first big runway show. She spent six months with the designer when he was creating an exciting new collection for the world's most prominent supermodels, fashion photographers, and stylists. With Alaia, she was able to experience the entire creation process from concept to finish. After ten hectic years in the spotlight, Holmes enjoys spending time decorating her five houses and gathering cultural ideas for her swimwear collection. Living part-time in California reminded Holmes of her original dream of designing her own swimwear. Her focus is on creating suits that are "wearable, fun, and chic," with a quality and attention to detail that she learned from Alaia.
