Profession: Actress
She studied classical ballet from the time she was 4 until 15 years old. Then one day a friend of her father's asked her to take some pictures as a model. Suddenly, after she finished high school, she found myself modeling in Tokyo, New york, Paris, Milan, etc....She is only 5'7" tall, when she started modeling that was tiny. This obstacle became a challenge for her. Modeling was a fantasic experience but it was certainly not her dream. She wanted to be an actress, so when she was 21, she quit modeling full time and started studying at the actor's studio and HB studio in New York. Suddenly, she found herself being flown out to Los Angeles for a screen test with Eddie Murphy for the lead in "Harlem Nights". The role "required" a mulatto actress and she was only dark skinned thanks to a fabulous suntan. Needless to say she didn't get the job, but she used the opportunity to meet several people in the business thus transfering to LA. One of her first films, and most enjoyable, was working with Jack Nicholson in "The Two Jakes".
