While studying at New York University in 1989, Madison resumed her childhood career as a model with the world famous Elite modeling agency in an effort to pay for school. Over the next several years she traveled the world, living in Milan, Paris, London, and Sydney. By 1996, her selection as the spokesmodel for Wonderbra launched Madison to a new level. Twelve hundred hopefuls competed, 50,000 ballots were cast -- and in the final vote, America chose Madison.
