Kaimoana was born on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii on February 12, at Tripler Army Hospital. She was raised from the age of four as a Hula dancer by her mother, Noelani and Aunty Yoli Hanohano. Kai, enjoyed Hula & Polynesian dancing so much, she started her own group at the age of 22 in Texas. Having a "niche" in a marketplace such as "Texas", the dance group, Hawaiiana, became internationally known and performed for such well known celebrities and high clientele such as; Charo!, The Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, Dallas Mavericks, Texas Rangers, Famous Amos, Soladey-2 Ionic Toothbrushes, Whistler Explorers, Labatts Beer, Kokanee Freeride Promotions (Glacier Girl 2004), Telus World Ski & Snowboard Fest (Whistler, BC), Tommy Africa's Night Club-GoGo Dancer for Krafty Kutz (DJ/UK), Gary Moore (UK), Shimizu (JPN), Big Air Show and many more!
