In May 1999 Jamelah had her first debut in the Sun. She continued to grace the pages for three years, also appearing in the 2000 and 2001 calendar. Page 3 led onto a lot of interesting work for Jamelah including panto where she had a lead role, she was also in every lads mag possible - 'Loaded', 'Maxim', 'FHM' etc. She also landed her own radio show with Southern FM that she did every sat morning from 9-12. She was such a hit with the listeners that she would also cover the breakfast show from time to time. This meant Jamelah had to be on air at 6am in the morning! Jamelah loved working for Southern FM but she had to give up when she moved to London. Jamelah gave up page 3 in 2002 but she's still a successful model. When she gave up page 3 she was asked to appear in the TV show "The Weakest link" as an ex page 3 model. Also on the show were Jamelah's best friends Leilani Dowding and Jakki Degg.
