Apart from being Kylie Minogue's younger sister, Dannii has also made a name for herself. From the catwalk to the music biz, Dannii has sure showed us her talents. Starting with dancing and singing lessons at an early age, Dannii landed a role in the Australian TV series "Skyways" in 1978 and then on "The Sullivans". Dannii hit big when she appeared on "Talent Discovery", the popular Australian show that showcased talent. But then her chance finally came to show off her vocal talents after her cover of Madonna's "Material Girl", featured on the "Young Talent Time" album. In 1988 she left her 6 year run on YTT to embark on different things. Since she did design her own outfits, she went ahead and put her own line of clothing out named DANNII. The clothing sold out within 10 days of hitting stores. After her success and many hits, Dannii returned to Television. The rest of the 90's were marked by her appearance in Playboy. Despite everything she still sings, acts and designs clothes as well as supports charities.
