Beyonce first started her fame when she toured as an opening act for Christina Aguilera and TLC as Destiny's Child with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. The group released their first self titled album in 1998 with the platinum-selling song "No, No, No". The album was a hit and went platinum. Their second album titled "The Writing's On the Wall" released in 1999 was also a success with hits "Bills, Bills, Bills", "Say My Name", "Bug-A-Boo" and "Jumpin, Jumpin". The following album "Survivor proved to be yet another hit on the American Billboards and the Canadian Album charts. Besides being an overacheiver in the music industry, Beyonce has also gone on to pursuing an acting career. She's had co-starring roles in "Austin Powers: Gold Member" and "Fighting Temptations". Beyonce is currently working on an upcoming movie titled "Pink Panther" as Xania. As for her love life, rumors say that her and Jay-Z are currenty engaged and are soon to wed.
