By the time she was in her early twenties, she had grown into a 5'11" vision of feminine perfection, with some amazing 34C-26-36 curves arrayed along her lean and tasty frame. She moved to New York City to pursue her career, but decided to come back to Cali in the early 90s. In her Playboy pictorial, she lists the decision to move back as the best she'd ever made. Arlene not only moved back to the West Coast, she also finally decided to pursue a long-held dream by submitting some test pics to Playboy. Needless to say, the editors were impressed. They named her Miss December 1993, making her one of the few thirtysomethings to attain the lofty status of Playmate of the Month. Her pictorial didn't exactly kick-start her entertainment career, though. She appeared in only a couple of Playboy videos, and was never able to turn her centerfold status into regular acting gigs. She did continue to model, though, and has been working steadily ever since in ads and fashion spreads.
